In this specialist Pregnancy Yoga course you will: - Increase strength, flexibility and stability to support you through pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. - Learn and practise breathing techniques to calm and focus the mind. - Ease aches and pains to help the body settle, resulting in deeper, more comfortable sleep. - Embrace quiet time to bond with your baby with guided meditations. - Meet like-minded mums, with time to connect and chat over tea after class.
