Kat’s inclusive, caring, calm teaching style with a bit of humour added makes everyone feel comfortable, relaxed and able to achieve something.


The class is aimed at all levels and unlike other yoga classes I have done I have never felt that there was anything I couldn’t do (or at least attempt), but I always come out of the class feeling stronger, revitalised and ready for the rest of the day.

I was introduced to Kathryn’s yoga classes in my third trimester & am so pleased I was. She has a lovely calm nature & starts her classes by asking each of us about how we are feeling each week. We then start with gentle exercises, stretches & breathing techniques which is hugely beneficial throughout pregnancy. I personally, have suffered with hip & back pain, therefore am struggling to sleep, however, after one of Kathryn’s classes I always feel very relaxed & sleep very well. Hatha yoga group classes
Kat is THE best yoga teacher. For an absolute beginner, I found her sessions really enjoyable and not too overwhelming.


Kat ensured the more experienced in the group were looked after, making sure there were different positions for each level.


Kat always made you feel good even just for getting to the session so if you were having a bit of a rubbish day then she would always brighten it up.
