Corporate Yoga
Are you looking to improve your employee wellbeing and productivity? I support local businesses in Stowmarket, Ipswich and further afield by providing yoga sessions and wellbeing workshops that help to reduce stress and improve focus.
Workplace yoga can be extremely effective for desk-based employees where poor posture and repetitive movements can cause strain and pain. Equally, for active workers, the restorative elements of yoga can be incredibly soothing. Having the rare opportunity to simply pause can be hugely beneficial in reducing stress and anxiety but sometimes we need someone else to give us the permission to do so, particularly in the workplace. If you would like to boost your staff wellbeing, I would love to work with you to deliver bespoke sessions that meet the needs of you and your people.
Corporate yoga and meditation workshops or regular classes can be held on-site, online via Zoom or, if you are a small group, at my studio in Coddenham, Ipswich. Below you will find testimonials from local companies that I have the pleasure of working with.
Lane Clark & Peacock LLP -
London & Winchester
Kat’s been providing group corporate yoga sessions to our people at LCP for several years, initially in person and then, since the Covid pandemic, on Zoom. Her sessions are very popular with attendees, who have a wide range of experience with yoga, and Kat makes them varied and interesting - with helpful guidance ahead of each session on what to expect. Both calming and motivational, Kat is a brilliant teacher and provides clear, simple to follow online instruction.
TMJ Interiors - Stowmarket, Ipswich
Thanks again for the session, everyone loved it and it was definitely needed after a day of work.
Muntons - Stowmarket, Ipswich
The meditation session was offered as part of Mental Health Awareness week and offered our employees with a useful opportunity to take a short break and focus on wellbeing. Kat led the session in a calm and structured manner, making it easy to follow for all who attended. Several colleagues commented on feeling more relaxed and focused afterwards. It was a simple yet effective way to support mental wellbeing in the workplace.
